ISO Certificates: ISO9001 / ISO14001 Update

Apex Dynamics Inc. meets the global requirements for quality assurance and traceability of products and environmental management. This is established by the international well-known firm SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance), a global provider of inspection, verification and certification services. SGS, founded in 1878 in Rouen, France, has over 70,000 employees in 1,350 offices worldwide and is the most prominent of its kind. Objective is to protect “live, property and the environment”.

The standards are defined by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). This organization is an alliance of national standardisation institutes of 156 countries.
According to ISO 9001 quality management has to be documented and this policy must be known to all employees. The organization is responsible for increasing customer satisfaction by meeting the demands and wishes of the clients and the legal requirements applicable to the product or service of the organization. In addition, the organization must manage the business and must be able to show this.

After the external audit by SGS, the certificate for Apex Dynamics Inc. is prolonged until 15 July 2014. This is a sign for our organization and its customers that the organization is working according a predefined and structured manner to quality management (care, control and assurance).

ISO 14001 is a standard for environmental management. Using an EMS to the ISO 14001 standard, the environmental risks of the business are controlled and where possible reduced. A ISO 14001-certification is not generally required, but is more and more appreciated by customers. In particular multinationals demand 14001-certification of their vendors. Apex Dynamics Inc. meets the requirements of ISO 14001 and the certificate is valid till October 1, 2013.
